Terms of Reference Renewal Project: Public consultation is now closed

The Ombudsman for Banking Services and Investments (OBSI) would like to thank all those who provided their input into our Terms of Reference (TORS) Renewal Project. As noted when the public consultation period was announced in April 2018, the comment period for the project closes Thursday May 31, 2018.

In the coming weeks, we will review the comments received and we will take into consideration our stakeholders’ input before presenting a final revised TORs document to our Board for formal adoption. If substantial revision of the updated TORs is undertaken, further consultation may be necessary.
