OBSI hosts annual meeting of financial services ombuds from around the world
OBSI is honoured to host financial services ombudsmen from around the world at the 2024 annual conference of the International Network of Financial Services Ombudsman Schemes (INFO Network), which is taking place in Toronto from September 29 to October 2, 2024.
The INFO Network Members Conference provides a unique platform for discussing common challenges, best practices and new opportunities in external dispute resolution. During the conference, OBSI’s senior staff, along with delegates from over 30 countries, will participate in three days of stimulating and thought-provoking discussions in this dynamic field.

Every year the conference is hosted by a different INFO Network member, highlighting practices and insights from the various regions of the world.
