OBSI Announces New Board and CIAC Members (1)

OBSI’s Board of Directors is pleased to announce appointments to the board and to the Consumer and Investor Advisory Council (CIAC):

• Jill Hugessen, BA, BCL/LLB, ICD.D. has joined the board as a Community Director and is founder and principal of Hugessen Coaching, a coaching and consulting service for business executives and lawyers. Ms. Hugessen practiced corporate law for seven years at a major Canadian law firm prior to establishing herself as an independent executive coach in 2011.

• Danis Prud’homme has joined the CIAC as a member of the council. Mr. Prud’homme has more than 30 years of experience in management, public relations and fundraising. In 2008, Mr. Prud’homme was appointed Executive Director for FADOQ (Federation for Ageing in Dignity and Overall Quality). 

The Board of Directors would also like to thank Janis Riven, whose term recently ended, for her contributions, insights and commitment to OBSI throughout her time on the board.
