Opened Cases
Below you will find information about the cases OBSI opens.
An opened case is counted once we receive a complaint from a consumer that meets the criteria set out in our Terms of Reference, and we have assigned it to an investigator.
The data below is reported and displayed using the OBSI fiscal year, which runs from November 1 to October 31. To view the data for a specific timeframe, please select the date range you wish to isolate.
